RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All our products we offer have limited quantities and/or are rare and/or are collectibles with price fluctuations between different periods. Accordingly, we cannot allow customers to speculate on or degrade our items by opening packages, trying them out, or doing other things that may change the price or quality of our products.

If you have any questions or concerns about the size or fit of a particular product on our website, please contact us before purchasing. Orders cannot be returned and will not be refunded if a wrong size was ordered (the product you received is too big/small).

Refunds will only be processed due to determination errors on our end, such as misdelivered items (wrong product).

RETURNS
All sales are final. Since we inspect every item prior to shipment, we do not exchange products. We only accept returns due to incorrectly shipped products.

To start the return process please contact info@pyrsneakers.ch first. If we have authorized your return, items must be returned within 7 days of receipt with proof of purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please do not return your purchase to us without inquiry authorization.

All returned products must be in the same condition as originally purchased, unworn or unused, with tags, laces and in its original packaging.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage to returned merchandise during transit. Using a trackable system to return items to us is strongly recommended.

REFUND
You will get notified once we have received your returned product and we have inspected it. Once the refund is approved, the refund process will start. 

After a cancellation or approved return, we will refund the price you paid for the cancelled order. We will also refund the standard shipping cost you paid, or an amount equal to that cost if you choose a more expensive shipping method. We will issue the refund within 30 days after:

  • We have cancelled the order
  • We have received the approved return

We will refund you using the same payment method you used to pay for your order. Generally, we are processing the refund as soon as possible, but in any event within 30 days from the date we confirmed to you by email that you are entitled to a refund.
